PhatRiser II handlebar risers raise the bars 2" above that of the OEM Kawasaki mount, and pulls your grips back 3" closer to you.

Works with original cables/hoses, but may require you to reroute them behind the triple tree in some applications (simple instructions included for this).

PhatRiser III handlebar risers are the Phattest of the Phat! Approximately 8" (see the comparison chart in the pics above).
