Emailed them 4 questions 4 different times and each one answered very quickly, took 3 days for it to ship out but when it did it only took 3 days to go from Florida to my home in California. Great service, fast shipping and the bar looks great on the bike. Instructions petty simple except for the relocation of the horn but I figured it out quickly. I recommend mounting on the driver side first and then the passenger, for some reason it was a lot easier to catch the thread that way.
